What are the term and conditions for returning the items I ordered?
- the item ordered is in damaged condition
- items sent by eleven football do not match the order placed

Please return items in good condition or the same as received. please do not remove any accessories, stickers, tags, labels attached to the product. Returned items are in original condition with packaging.

Can I exchange the item I ordered?

When will my item be shipped?
We will ship the new product once we receive the item you are exchanging. Please make sure that the returned item is in its original condition, including packaging; do not remove any tags, stickers, accessories, or labels attached to the product.
